Acrilic and resin on wood board
The artist was inspired by the marble stones of the oratory of La Caseria, a spiritual retreat village, located in front of the Sierra Nevada mountains. Mixture of materials such as coal filings, striped gold like brass and rock-like volumes, reminiscent of a precious natural stone. This particular artwork is created with a thin layer of Epoxy resin. A material with a sparking finishing that reminds of sapphire crystal. Created by hand by the artist Laura Zambrana, also known as ZAM ROD, for PICTOCLUB.
